Lauren joined the practice in 2007. She gained her Accountancy qualification in 2016 and her Licensed Conveyancer qualification in 2024.

Chartered Legal Executive

Angela is a Legal Executive specialising in residential conveyancing. In 1999 she began her training in residential conveyancing and qualified in 2004. She now works as part of our team dealing with a full range of conveyancing matters

Sandra Abram
Secretary and Receptionist

Sandra has worked in the legal profession since 1982 and having joined the practice in 2015 she provides administrative and clerical assistance on the complete range of the conveyancing process.

Emma Porter
Chartered Legal Executive

Emma joined the practice in 2018 and has been in the profession for over 20 years. Since qualifying as a Legal Executive specialising in residential conveyancing in 2003, Emma has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Louise Green
Conveyancing Assistant

Louise joined the team in 2021 and assists with every stage of the conveyancing process. She has many years of knowledge and experience as well as a fine eye for detail.

Katie Driver
Secretary

Katie started her career in the legal profession as a school leaver and has a vast amount of experience within conveyancing. She joined the practice in 2024 as a Secretary to Andrew Jacobs.

Samantha Alvin
Chartered Paralegal PCILEX

Sam has worked in the legal profession since leaving school in 1987. She initially specialised in Criminal Law before going on to specialise in Residential Conveyancing. Sam is currently in the process of obtaining Chartered Paralegal status through the Institute of Legal Executives. She has worked in various local law firms and has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in that time.

Kaye Beckett
Conveyancing Assistant

Kaye has worked in the legal profession since 1994 and assists with all conveyancing matters. She joined the team in 2025.

Solicitor

Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in 1995 and specialises in Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Deputyship and Trusts. We are pleased to announce that from 2025, we are able to offer this wider range of legal services.

Accounts & Office Assistant

Nicola Scrivener joined in 2026 as an Accounts & Office Assistant, bringing many years of experience gained from working in legal firms since leaving school. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of legal office procedures make her an important part of the team, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Nicola is committed to providing efficient support to both colleagues and clients and takes pride in delivering a professional and friendly service.

Jayne Kettle
Assistant Conveyancer

Jayne Kettle is an Assistant Conveyancer at AJ Legal Services, providing valuable support across all aspects of the conveyancing process. She works closely with clients, solicitors, and third parties to help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Jayne has particular responsibility for First Registrations, managing applications with care and attention to detail to ensure they are processed accurately and promptly. Known for her approachable manner, she is committed to delivering a high standard of client service and supporting clients throughout their property transactions.
