By selecting one of the below links you can obtain a guide to the fees we charge and budget for the transaction on which you are about to embark.
We aim to be competitive with our fees and do not expect to be the cheapest on the market nor to be the most expensive. They are set at a level to reflect the service we try to achieve and hope at the conclusion of your matter you will feel you have received value for money.
In addition to our fees most transactions incur standard additional expenses payable to third parties. These are called disbursements and arise more so when buying a property than when selling. We have set out the disbursements likely to be incurred.
If you have been introduced to our firm by a third party such as an estate agent or financial adviser we may have an arrangement with them whereby we pay them an introduction or referral fee. Details will be set out in our initial letter of engagement. This does not affect the fees we charge you. In such circumstances it means that this firm earns less than we would otherwise do if you approached us directly.
